We Are Bright & Broken is the solo project of Joe Houpert. The first track to be released through the panda, this is a remix of an old doogie track known as govner gone. Originally recorded for a fight sequence in an underground superhero movie, We Are Bright & Broken has breathed new life into this old and odd track.
